Important Notice

The number of tourists visiting Kyoto City is increasing these days.  Therefore, it might be hard to reserve economical hotels in Kyoto City just before the meeting.

• We recommend to reserve your hotel as early as possible.
• In case of no availabilities of hotels during the meeting period, we recommend to check other hotels in the vicinities of Kyoto City such as Otsu in Shiga prefecture, Takatsuki or Ibaraki in Osaka prefecture.  Please consult with your travel agents.
